Yes, you can cancel your booking. If the booking has not yet been accepted by a mover, you will receive a full refund. All movers are personally verified and vetted by Urban Camel to ensure they meet our safety and quality standards. Our verification process includes proof of experience, identity verification, criminal record checks, and other background screenings. We ensure that all service providers meet these requirements before they can provide services on our platform.
Urban Camel acts as an intermediary between customers and independent movers. Urban Camel is not directly responsible for any damage to property, loss, or delay caused during transportation. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately at legal@urbancamel.ca or 450-531-1129.
