Book in minutes, from your phone
Open the app, pick your service: a small move, an IKEA run, a Facebook Marketplace pickup, a donation drop-off. Then enter your pickup and drop-off addresses. Three steps and you are done. No phone calls, no waiting on hold, no email threads.
The booking flow is designed to take under two minutes even if you have never used Urban Camel before. Pick your arrival window, confirm, and your mover is on their way.

Know your price before you confirm
Before you tap Book, you see a full price breakdown: distance, vehicle size, number of helpers, stairs or elevator use. Everything is calculated upfront. There is no “we'll give you a final number afterwards.”
No hidden fees. No surprise surcharges at the end. What you see is what you pay, charged securely in the app the moment your move is confirmed.

Watch your move happen in real time
The moment your mover picks up your items, you can follow their exact GPS location in the app, from pickup to your front door. You get push notifications when they leave, when they are close, and when they arrive.
No more standing by the window, calling to check “where are you?” You know exactly what is happening at every step. Go to a coffee shop, run another errand, and come back when it is time.

Movers you can actually trust
Every mover on Urban Camel is personally vetted before their first booking. That means identity verification, criminal record checks, proof of experience, and a review of their vehicle and equipment. We only let people on the platform who we would feel comfortable sending to our own homes.
This is not a casual gig marketplace where anyone with a pickup truck can sign up. Our movers are professionals who handle furniture carefully, know how to protect walls and floors, and take that next booking seriously.
